Driving systems change
By implementing solutions – together
WNW’s Employment Advisory Council
EAC members are local, regional, and national professionals from the public and private sector that help WNW develop ideas that drive meaningful change. The EAC keeps abreast of philanthropic and business trends as they relate to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The EAC has Two Strategies
Work with Employers in strategic and tactical ways to open pathways to employment for people with conviction histories. Hold employers and institutions accountable for meeting their stated DEI goals, for opening pathways to employment, and for driving public and private support for policy and regulatory change.
Spread the Word about the impact of mass incarceration and marginalization of BIPOC communities that keeps them excluded from opportunities in education, training, and employment.
